Taking this course has helped me to find balance and harmony in my life. I loved the outside session with Annie and Radha and I particularly liked Andrew's meditations, I managed to ground myself deeper than I ever have before. The tutor groups were really good and I like being part of a sangha! I think it would be great if you offered some courses like this in future, when everything has sorted itself out, it was amazing that you had people from all over the world joining in

This course teaches yoga which everyone can do at all levels and stages so it’s really accessible. The teachers are real pros and have amazing experience to back up the knowledge. My personal practice has improved a lot, so has my memory, concentration, calmness and alertness. I also made very strong friendships with like-minded people.

I love the way the tutors introduce us to the energy body and the chakras when teaching the asanas. I feel as I have used the EBRs, asanas and relaxation over the last few months that I have changed as a person. I feel more confident and more in touch with my true self. It is a lovely journey.
