Masterclass - Meditation for Emotional Resilience - 30 Sep 2020

30 September, 2020
(Registration open till December 2025)

Emotional strength is one of greatest needs today - with it we can respond to the people who need our help, we can feel balanced and supported throughout life's ups and downs.

Andrew Wells, one of Dru's lead meditation trainers, will be guiding you through this evening of deep fullness.

Dru Meditation's unique approach takes you through the five koshas, the five layers of consciousness, and tonight we are focusing on awakening the power of your emotional layer, manomaya kosha. We'll be exploring the essence of yoga's great archetypes for this, the sun, the moon and the radiance within.

Dru Yoga teacher trainer Christiane Saar will start with some yoga to empower this layer and then dive into breathing and visualisations designed to harness your will and your emotional resilience.

In the end, a feeling of profound fullness and connection to your infinite self is the greatest source of emotional strength. We hope to help you on your way towards this state, and with it the certainty that you are never alone, always supported in your quest through life.

We're looking forward to being with you!

Thanks to all the Dru team for such a wonderful 3 weeks on the Spirituality of Yoga course.  I thank you with so much gratitude for the knowledge and wisdom shared by all teachers.  To feel the richness of the love and support was quite profound. Finding your inner peace and stillness is your natural state and this course gave you the tools through yoga, meditation, mantra and nature to help with your spiritual quest.    It was also so beautiful to be part of a community from all over the world with people of like mind who want to make a difference on our amazing earth. Namaste.

Keith was such an inspiration with his delicious dishes and I felt very nourished by our shared meal. I especially enjoyed the creamed carrots and will definitely be making it for my family. I was also reminded that it's not just about the cooking and that putting love and intent into it is what makes a real difference.

Lovely pace. Plenty of time to explore posture, discuss the philosophy and subtle energies and chat with other yoga teachers. Really enjoyed it.
