Dru yoga and walking day
Join us for a fantastic day of Dru yoga flow and deep relaxation to remove any stress or tiredness.
This will be followed by lunch and a walk in a beautiful forest where we can experience the change of season into Autumn.
This is a great time for grounding and reflection and creating plans for the gentle winter and new year.
If the weather is good enough you could have a dip in a stunning lake with views of Mt Snowdon.
Please bring a picnic lunch, snacks and drinks for the day, waterproof clothing, and warm layers.
There will be a chance to buy hot drinks and snacks at the end of the walk.

The course has taught me to find the power in gentleness. Previously I was used to fast-paced, high energy yoga, but deep down I knew I wanted a more holistic experience of yoga. The course has certainly delivered on this, deepening my knowledge in all sorts of areas and now I know and appreciate that postures/sequences don't have to be physically demanding to be truly powerful. Also, the whole journey has made me realise that I am enough and that you don't have to be perfect to be fabulous! The support from tutors, helpers, Dru Star Lounge is awesome.
