Join us for a stimulating and relaxing morning, focusing on effective ways of enhancing your brain health.
Memory loss need not be a part of the ageing process if we are committed to caring for our body and brain.
In this session you will learn:
- Four of the most important yoga postures for enhancing brain health.
- Two ancient Pranayama (breathing) techniques that work specifically with improving memory.
- Why isometric movement is so important for a healthy brain.
- How to optimise your sleep by learning how to effectively clear any debris of the day and prepare fully for sleep.
- How to keep a health journal to boost your determination to stay on track
