Meditations For a Calm Clear Mind Pre-recorded Webinar
This pre-recorded webinar will run for 1 hour and you will be guided through three meditation approaches with explanations. Jane will share how we can use new developments in neuroscience to help us overcome the challenges to developing positive and focussed thinking.
The first meditation will deal with the removal of stress and that feeling of being overwhelmed.
The second meditation works on our sense of positivity, especially at this time of the year when the Sun is less present and the nights are longer.
The third technique will help you to bring that calm feeling all of the time, both on and off the mat, and help you to bring the power of your meditation practice to the rest of your life.
This webinar will be relevant for experienced meditators, teachers and beginners alike.
