Session 2 - Shona Sutherland - Improving Fertility using Ayurveda

Be confident in how to apply time-tested and dosha-specific advice using the 5 natural pathways in a systematic and progressive way to improve fertility. This CPD will also include a guest client who was successful in becoming pregnant using Ayurvedic advice and will share her pre-conception and pregnancy journey from her perspective.

This is session one of a four part series.  Each session will include:

  • A spiritual attunement rooted in Ayurveda
  • A talk by one of the Dru Ayurveda teachers about an important aspect of Ayurveda, with the opportunity to ask questions
  • A case presentation. A different health coach will bring a brief summary of an anonymised case each time. There will be small group discussion of significant aspects of diagnosis and treatment
  • Rolling programme of topics to be decided according to the group's needs and interests

Replays will be available for you to review your learning - and for when you can't attend the two-hour live sessions.

I was really delighted to be the recipient of the most wonderful Ayurveda massage while staying at the Lodge. I had travelled for hours from the north-east of Scotland, so my body was tired and I felt very ungrounded. Sandra gave me the most nurturing massage, which allowed me to rest very deeply and to sleep soundly afterwards. It was a little bit of heaven given by a very caring and attentive therapist. The room and the towels were warm and cosy and the smell of the oils divine. I felt very balanced and peaceful the next day. Thank you.

I really enjoyed the {Dru Yoga & Ayurvedic Cookery} workshop. It had a nice balance of yoga movement, relaxation and meditation/concentration that was not too challenging for a novice like me. The cookery demonstration was great fun and the food was delicious. Also everyone was friendly and the venue was good too. Thanks for a lovely day.

Thanks so much for such a wonderful weekend. I really enjoyed connecting with you all again.

I know a lot about the topics discussed but hearing them spoken about with such passion by a group of experts really helped to clarify a number of points I was not completely sure about. I found it very motivating and gave me a greater understanding of why I need to do certain practices. I do most of the practices already so I don't really need to add anything. I would like to know more about the herbs that might be useful for me specifically but I would need a personal consultation for that.

Thank you for such an information packed and motivating weekend. I am looking forward to looking all the materials in the course.
