Masterclass: Meditation & Mantra: a Celebration - 5 Aug 2020
Join Jane and her musical team for a spiritual party!
The occasion: Janmasthami, Krishna’s birthday. In the East, this is said to be the time in the year most suitable for celebrating the presence of the greatness within us. It is said that Vishnu, the sustainer of the Universe, reincarnated as Krishna and came into existence on the earth in human form. All over the world, at this time. people come together to meditate, sing and re-discover their hope and great inner resources. And let's face it - we need some soul-stirring nurture at the moment!
So, in this masterclass of meditation and mantra, you will learn new ways to uplift your consciousness and discover your inner bliss. The mantras we'll sing are a celebration of our highest self, the divine within. As a result, you'll learn remarkable ways to connect with your inner joy through meditation and music.
What better reason for having a celebration of the soul, with beautiful music from different traditions which you can join in with from home. See you there!

The course has taught me to find the power in gentleness. Previously I was used to fast-paced, high energy yoga, but deep down I knew I wanted a more holistic experience of yoga. The course has certainly delivered on this, deepening my knowledge in all sorts of areas and now I know and appreciate that postures/sequences don't have to be physically demanding to be truly powerful. Also, the whole journey has made me realise that I am enough and that you don't have to be perfect to be fabulous! The support from tutors, helpers, Dru Star Lounge is awesome.
It has deepened my practice and has also given me ideas about the way I practice; the notes of freedom. Ever since taking the course, I have really begun to understand some elements of myself that I knew I needed to work on – I suppose I have become more aware.
In many ways, the course encouraged me to develop and think about key words to use in class and to incorporate more than just the ‘physical experience of yoga’.
