Masterclass - Spirituality of being with people - part 1 - 13-05-2020
If you run classes, groups - or just live in a family! - this is the beginning of a world-leading series to help you master the spirituality that governs group interactions. We're going to start with setting up the relationship between teacher and student, between members of a group, within members of your family.
Our aim is to help you have classes or group interactions that are so supportive and inspirational that people want to come back to you over and over again.
This will help you if you're a yoga teacher or a student, if you run groups or participate in them, or simply if you want to build better relationships with the people you are close to. It's particularly good if you are a parent wanting to improve the relationship with your child, or vice versa.
Andrew Wells is one of Dru's most senior teacher trainers, with 30 years of experience teaching movement, mudra and mantra all over the world. In this stunning class, he's going to help you create the spiritual foundations for building an amazing resonance between people.
Andrew will be introducing you to a remarkable mudra and movement sequence that is based on one of the great Shanti Mantras from the Upanishads. This first stage will introduce you to the movements and depth of the relevant mudras, along with affirmations that aim to take you to a profound state of readiness for an incredible group resonance. You'll discover how to use mudra as the anchor that binds the power of movement and affirmation into your psyche. It's a huge discovery!
From there, you'll be able to walk into a group or any relationship fully prepared for those special moments of 'flow' that the business world is talking about these days - when everything comes together in an effortless river of communion with your greatest.
We hope the spirituality of group energetics will utterly transform the way you are with the people around you!

It has deepened my practice and has also given me ideas about the way I practice; the notes of freedom. Ever since taking the course, I have really begun to understand some elements of myself that I knew I needed to work on – I suppose I have become more aware.
In many ways, the course encouraged me to develop and think about key words to use in class and to incorporate more than just the ‘physical experience of yoga’.
I have just completed session 1 of the Swadharma Dru Dance Course and I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the dance. I already feel that I have started to develop some muscle memory and connection with the spirit of the dance. So well done, great teaching. Also great design of a very relevant and creative practice utilising ancient wisdom and symbology to open awareness of Swadharma. Perfectly right for me at this time.
Thank you and I am looking forward to the next sessions enthusiastically.
