On the 5 day spirituality challenge leading up to this course, I realised I did not love myself. Since starting on the Spirituality of Yoga course and working with the practices, I have experienced a deep cellular healing, a shifting in my emotions, deepening into a sense of peace and quiet control/flow of life.
I have had so many realisations on this course; one in particular was a feeling of falling in love with my practice...and wondering if this could lead to an unconditional love commitment to myself to uphold a deeper consistent practice?....
Another insight was a deep self acceptance of where I am at now, giving myself permission to listen to my inner promptings and act on them; rather than see myself as failing when I don't meet my rigid expectations. A bit of freedom..
This course is a must for any spiritual seeker who is looking to deeply anchor and regularly maintain their spiritual practice. You will never look back as you create your own spiritual unfoldment and community to support and carry you forwards. I so look forward to our continuing journey. Thank you to all our Tutors for their sincere, joyful and ongoing commitment to helping us achieve spiritual greatness.

Following the videos and working on the meditations has been everything I have needed this week.
I am opening my classes again here in Norway after having been closed since 12th March.
So a very special time indeed.

You will learn more than you could imagine - about yoga postures, philosophy, anatomy & physiology, yourself and the relationship you have with yourself, the world and others - and so much more. The course is really well structured and balanced across different areas of teaching. I remember reading the course handbook over 2 years ago, thinking and believing I could never do it; not feeling good enough and deep panic and fear about the whole idea of teaching - being in front of people and having the focus on myself. Now I sit here writing this at the end of 2 years, on graduation day, and I say to myself 'you did it!'. You are enough! My head told me I couldn't do it, but my heart said 'yes, you absolutely can'. It has changed my life and I can't recommend the course highly enough! Life is a journey of coming home to yourself, your true and highest Self. Dru Yoga is absolutely helping me to do that.

What I enjoyed about this workshop was the dynamic relaxation - so relaxing I fell asleep! I liked the vitality sequence and useful explanations of the koshas. The workshop planning and presentation was of a high standard. Excellent balance of sessions. Thanks to all involved.
