Living Light Kriya is a specific meditative practice to ease your mind, enhance mental clarity, and experience inner peace and joy more of the time - regardless of what is happening in your life.

We are excited to announce our brand new online programme 'Living Light Kriya' that starts April 30th 2022.

 

We're living through challenging times in which we may end up feeling depleted, anxious, and helpless.

Living Light Kriya is a specific meditative practice to ease your mind, enhance mental clarity, and experience inner peace and joy more of the time - regardless of what is happening in your life. 

How would it be if no matter what your life circumstances are, you can remain steady and tranquil within yourself? That you have a tool to always tap into your innate essence of joy?

 

The Living Light Kriya practice is a wonderful way to establish a lasting sense of positivity in your mind, invite more purpose and meaning into your day, and experience more ease within yourself.

All it takes to get started is to learn this specific kriya and then practice it daily for at least 40 days. And we're here to help you do just that!

 

What will the Living Light Kriya programme look like?

On April 30th and May 1st, you will be taught the specific process of this practice during 4 live online sessions.

 

You will learn:

  • how to settle into a profound sense of stillness and joy

  • how to connect with your inner light and intuition

  • how to sustain a daily practice and integrate its benefits into your life

 

We then support you over the following 40 days as you establish a daily 20-30 minute routine to benefit most from this practice. For the course of this program, you and your peers will have access to an online platform with resource materials to support you in mastering this practice and the ability to interact with each other and your tutors. At the end of the 40 days, we will conclude the program with a closing session and suggestions on what your next steps could look like.

We are looking for people who are keen to take their personal growth further and are willing to commit. We would love for you to join us on this journey! An integral part of this program is a 40 days self-practice. We recommend upon enrolling in this program that you explore a plant based or vegetarian diet for the full duration of the program, as this will support you in the process.

If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue 10 CPD hours for attendance at this event. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.

I’m new to yoga and meditation ... Is that OK?

Absolutely yes! This program is suitable for beginners as well as for experienced yoga and meditation practitioners. As long as you have an open mind to learning something new and you're ok with wherever you're starting from you're good to go.

André Hartwich

André is a Dru Yoga, Meditation & Ayurveda Teacher Trainer, and a High Performance and Breath Coach. He loves to help you gain a clear understanding of how to embrace and apply the wisdom and practices from the ancient sister sciences of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda.

 

Nanna Coppens

Nanna is an empowering yoga teacher and personal guide who loves bringing out the best in others. She draws on over 30 years of personal yoga and meditation experience making the ancient yoga wisdom accessible and practical for our modern lifestyle. Each session with Nanna will leave you feeling equipped for your way forward. 

 

Susan Kulas

Inspired by the mystical traditions and long-term personal spiritual practice, Susan has worked with the Dru Team for 35 years, exploring and working with yoga teacher training, personal sadhana, and yogic philosophy, extensively teaching Dru Courses in many international locations. 


 

Silke Zanker

Silke is an experienced Leadership & High-Performance Coach and for more than 20 years her focus has been on coaching and guiding people to live a life of purpose and contribution. 

She draws on intensive studies of Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, and Personal Development and loves to create spaces to transform, inspire and empower.

How to Prepare

A few days before the program starts you will receive all the details you need to make the most out of participating in this experience.

For now keep in mind that this program is designed for you! It's for you as a human being, to discover more of the totality of who you really are. It teaches you an approach to nourish yourself more deeply at the various layers of your being, and to help you attain your lifetime goals more successfully. Perhaps you can already reflection on what you are looking to get out of this journey.

Practically, please ensure you have created space in your schedule (and your space) to learn and relax with like-minded people - and make the most out of the two days of learning the Living Light Kriya and then practicing it for the following 40 days.
