I have just completed session 1 of the Swadharma Dru Dance Course and I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the dance. I already feel that I have started to develop some muscle memory and connection with the spirit of the dance. So well done, great teaching. Also great design of a very relevant and creative practice utilising ancient wisdom and symbology to open awareness of Swadharma. Perfectly right for me at this time.

Amazing weekend of yoga, walking and meditation. Such a beautiful place full of amazing people. Staff are very helpful and supportive and the food is superb. Would highly recommend a visit.
What I'll take away from today's postgrad workshop:- sharing with other yoga teachers from other yoga schools of yoga. Great explanation of the koshas and I'll add Salutation to the 4 Directions to my lessons.
