Masterclass - Spiritualising your Health - 28 April 21

28 April, 2021
(Registration open till December 2025)

Health is your wealth!

Join Annie Jones and Pauline Ward for a remarkable evening discovering how incorporating health as part of your spiritual practice can be the missing link to your success.

We will share the definition of health according to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. 'Ayur = Life' and 'veda = knowledge', and when you put these two together you have millennia of accumulated wisdom that's been tried and tested to bring your body, mind and spirituality into optimum balance.

Building on this understanding, we'll then go on to give you 5 very special keys to maintain excellent health, including a powerful sequence to align the 40 agnis. Ie, the 40 fires that energise every aspect of our body, mind and emotions. Enjoy specific mantra, mudras and meditation to help call upon the power of Sri Dhanvantri, the physician to the Gods!

Annie Jones is one of the founders of Dru in the west, beloved for her vast knowledge of the link between health and the intimate details of spiritual success. She is joined by Pauline Ward, Dru Yoga teacher trainer for many years on Dru Snowdonia courses. It's going to be a magical evening!

If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue 2 CPD hours for attendance at this masterclass. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.

I have found a new inner strength that I thought I had lost forever, a renewed sense of confidence in myself, and a joy in life, in nature, in the ‘little’ things. I know when things get tough I will be fine. I can find a quiet and safe haven inside myself which is there always.

It is like coming home to a supportive caring family where the emphasis is on nurturing, growth and connection!

A relaxing and friendly atmosphere, nothings too much trouble. The experience allows you to develop but also give something back. The retreat gives you tasters of all different things: Yoga, Meditation, relaxation, chanting, good food, new skills. Loved the location and the friendship
